El Salvador futur investment !

An investment of $100 million will be made this year by Grupo Ternova, an investment of national capital in a partnership with foreign capital, consisting of a logistics park that will be developed through its business unit.

The park will consist of a complex of four large logistics warehouses ranging from 17,709.00 m² to 34,691.00 m², distributed on an orthogonal axis from South-West to North-East. with wide streets for the traffic of light vehicles and for trucks with containers, ranging from a width of 14.60 m to 21.85 m in its two lanes and 7.76 m wide in streets for light vehicles.

During its construction, Nneo Smart Properties will generate 800 direct jobs and once it starts operating, another 400 more people will be added.

The logistics warehouse will be the merchandise storage and distribution operations center, which will become the largest in our country, with high efficiency and enough space for cargo transportation maneuvering. The start of construction is scheduled for August of this year.

Our owner Salvador Gómez Góchez and specialists from the Export Department of the recently created El Salvador Investment and Export Promotion Agency (INVEST), held a meeting with the CEO of Grupo Ternova, Rodrigo Tona, to learn about the details of the project, with which El Salvador will become the logistics epicenter of the northern triangle.

Salvador Gómez Góchez highlighted that the country will stand out for having an infrastructure designed with state-of-the-art technology that will increase the organizational capacity of companies, guaranteeing a more efficient and controlled distribution in its supply chain and that will make El Salvador a highly competitive country in logistics issues.

“We have learned about the megaproject of the new business unit of this prestigious Salvadoran company Grupo Ternova and as a government entity we are going to accompany it throughout its development process, following the instructions of our President Nayib Bukele to support any national or foreign investment that comes to add to the development and generation of jobs in our country”, said Salvador Gómez Góchez.

“San Salvador Oeste (Nejapa) stands out for having excellent connectivity to the east and west of the country, we are taking advantage of this attribute to launch an innovative project, which will be built with high international efficiency standards,” said Rodrigo Tona, CEO of Grupo Ternova.

Grupo Ternova will make this investment in partnership with Latam Logistic Properties (LLP), a leading developer of modern and sustainable logistics real estate with extensive international experience. The industrial park will be LLP’s first foray into El Salvador.

Grupo Ternova has a history of 53 years; it currently has five production plants and nine commercial offices distributed in Central America, the Caribbean and North America.
